What we collect
As a Driver / Rider, we collect your name, phone number, email, location during trips, trip history and payment details, plus your NIN, BVN, licence, selfie and vehicle documents.
How we use it
We use your data to match deliveries, process payments, keep everyone safe, prevent fraud and improve GO. We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights (NDPA 2023)
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email privacy@mendifier.com.
Sharing
We share only what's needed with the other party on your trip, payment processors (Paystack), verification partners, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention
Trip records are kept for 6 years for tax and legal purposes. Call recordings and trip-share links expire after 30 days.
