How long does verification take?›
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. You'll get a push notification and an SMS as soon as you're approved.
Earnings
How much commission does GO take?›
Commission depends on your weight class and is shown on every offer before you accept. You keep all tips.
When can I withdraw?›
You can withdraw to any Nigerian bank account once your balance is above ₦2,000. Most withdrawals arrive the same day.
Trips
What if the customer doesn't come out?›
Wait fees start after the free waiting minutes. If the customer still doesn't show, you can cancel from the trip screen and a cancellation fee is paid to you.
What if a customer is abusive?›
Leave the situation safely, then use Report customer on the trip summary or call the safety line. We take every report seriously.
