1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the GO app as a Driver / Rider. Mendifier Innovations Ltd (RC 1234567) is a company registered in Nigeria, with its office at 12 Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information. Keep your login details private. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Verification
You consent to checks on your NIN, BVN and driver's licence through licensed verification partners, and to periodic face-match checks.
4. Earnings and commission
GO deducts the commission shown on each offer. Payouts are made to a bank account in your verified name.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, dangerous or flammable goods.
- No harassment, threats or discrimination.
- No off-app payments meant to avoid fees.
Liability
To the extent allowed by Nigerian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the delivery involved, or ₦50,000 for declared goods, whichever is higher.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are first handled through our support team, and then by the courts of Lagos State.
